The Craniofacial Reset Protocol™ (CRP)
The Craniofacial Reset Protocol™ (CRP) is a self-guided method for releasing the tension patterns that silently shape the face and spine. It combines conscious pressure and sequential awareness, applied in a precise sequence of over 200 holds and vector releases to dissolve the Craniofacial brace & restore balance.
CRP works through two complementary sequences. The first, Neurofascial Release uses gentle, steady contact to restore sensory feedback and soften the superficial layers. The second Muscular/Adhesive Release applies slightly deeper, sustained contact once the fascia yields, engaging themuscular layer and resolving underlying adhesions.
At one level, CRP is about relaxing the face. Jaw clenching, tight lips, heavy brows, sinus pressure, or puffiness are all signs of tension stored in the Craniofacial system. By softening these anchors, circulation improves, expression frees, and breath deepens. The face no longer feels locked.
At a deeper level, CRP is the expression of a structural law. The lips and chin, nasal complex, and orbital/brow complex form a vertical chain that braces into the Atlas at the top of the spine. When this chain is released in order, the brow keystone collapses, the Atlas (C1) unlocks, and the spine decompresses. This is defined as Burling’s Law (2025). This collapse marks the parasympathetic switch, the body’s transition from defense into ease, calm, and repair. CRP works because of sequence. Each step unlocks the next, preparing the system to yield layer by layer. The process is simple: you place contact, you stay still, and the system reorganizes itself.
From this foundation, the release continues outward and upward. CRP extends beyond the central chain into the cheeks, temples, eyes, ears, and scalp. 11 phases in total, each one unravelling a deeper layer of the craniofacial system. Together they dissolve not just the core brace, but the full architecture of facial tension.
Within the first session, many people notice:
- Facial warmth and blood flow returning.
- Puffiness draining, sinuses opening.
- Jaw or bite realignment.
- Breathing easier and deeper.
- The face softening or lifting naturally.
- A wave of calm spreading through the body.
These are not superficial changes. They are signs of the body remembering its original shape and releasing the tension it had been holding in silence.
CRP is not about force. It is about conditions. Pressure, depth, and order together allow the face to release and the spine to reset.
